Life at Milk Reclamation Barn

At Milk Reclamation Barn, we’re more than a team — we’re the Barn Crew. United by a shared passion for quality craftsmanship, we blend hustle with humor in equal measure. Whether we’re hand-pouring candles, packing up orders, or brainstorming the next scent drop, you’ll find us working hard, laughing louder, and always pushing forward together.

We believe in doing things the right way — not the easy way. Our culture thrives on creativity, camaraderie, and pride in our work. Every candle we craft reflects a team that cares deeply about the details, values collaboration over ego, and doesn’t mind cracking a few jokes while getting things done.

Being part of the Barn Crew means showing up for each other, owning your craft, and contributing to the continued success of one of the fastest-growing candle companies in the country. We’re building something special here — one clean-burning candle and one great teammate at a time.
